    Unfortunately not; it's just to get us back up to the staff level we're supposed to be at. We've been running short for over a year and everybody was getting...irritated... about the company dragging their heels on replacements. A couple of us mentioned that we were considering seeking other work and *poof!* two new employees miraculously appeared.
