Must be nice. Mine for the most part is year round. The only time I didn't have allergies in my life was the 1.5 years I lived in flagstaff. I think I got allergies once that entire 1.5 years. But every time I would drive down to PHX, boom allergies.

Its the citrus trees and another tree that has yellow flowers all over it. Im not sure the species name but we had one outside my garage. Once it bloomed I couldn't get 20 feet from it before i started sneezing. The company that manages the common areas soon after cut them down (yet I still cant get them to cut the dying 50ft scorpion infested palm that is destroying my paint)

    Fucking worthless HOA

Been writing my HOA for 2 years. They say the company will cut it after winter...

Irony.... PHX has no winter and its been 80+ since March with only one minor cool down.

diatomaceous earth (DE) - death of a thousand cuts to those little fuckers

I just had an idea. Could you drill a 3/8" or so hole in the output tube of a leaf blower up near the motor, then rig up a hopper that you could fill with DE. Would be like a flamethrower that could rain destruction on them. You could coat the whole tree in DE!

dE doesn't do a fucking thing to the bark scorpions unless they crawl through it. Trust me, i tried when I 1st started seeing the fuckers in my house. Ive heard adding a poison to DE for when it gets into the exo it can kill them. Honestly, it wasnt until i started paying 30$ a month that they dissapeared. These guys soak all the spots known for bugs and the only time I see scorpions on the walls outside is when it rains.

Water activated deltamethrin. Kills everything it passes including scorpions. It kills when the vermin ingests it after walking across it. Brings it back to the colony too.
