... Thanks ... now I need to find the brackets or order new ones like ones previously posted.

No, I don't need every inch of the tailgate ... just don't want pine straw and etc. to fall off the back.

I needed one with a bit more room than the vertical ones gave so I got the "MOTO" version, it's perfect.

Read up on letting your tire sit on your tailgate. Under stress of the bike weigh, strap downs and bumps they've been known to bend. I think I read that they built these 3rd gen ones stronger but I would still be careful, especially putting 2 on it.

Yeah, you could do two dirtbikes , just have to angle the back ends toward center. I am not concerned with the weight on the tailgate , my 200 lbs can stand on it no problem and the contact patch of my rear tire is WAY less than 200 lbs.

I have two sport bikes. They are not as tolerant to angling the back ends together.

BUT they have a shorter wheelbase so they will fit better without as much angle.

For those of you with the Quick Latches, did you install with the little 'handle' towards the cab or the tailgate? Thanks!

Tailgate. I guess they could go the other way but I'm always standing outside of the truck when I remove the extender.

This is really good to know, i.e. the bolts versus the screws. I hunted down the OEM install manual, and it clearly shows bolts. It's attached here so one can compare the AMP and Toyota installation differences.

I would pay money to whoever could design and produce a set of brackets that would attach to the bed rails and work with the AMP bed extender. Serious offer

...^^^... I had mine from a while back - new in a box from a 2007 Tundra (they are adjustable in width I think) but I can't find the side mounting clips.

I had an order number for the side clips and lost that too ... lol
