Just started dumping wet heavy snow outside Co Springs

I think I hear frozen rain in Golden. I want snow!

I signed up, am all about helping but I've heard some people that have done it before just end up being a free taxi all over town for people who dont feel like driving.

 

Food that can be cooked with my camping stove. Check.

Beer. Check.

Wine. Check.

Fire in the wood stove going all day so far. Check.

Just hope the trees make it out of it okay.

 

I'm mentally done with winter this year, not looking forward to another Snowmaggedon since I still haven't had time to deal with all the trees from the storm a couple of weeks ago.

 

Plus I'm so tired of riding the damned trainer all winter getting ready for my first race, which is just three weeks from tomorrow in Cortez (12 Hours of Mesa Verde) that I'm itching bad to ride actual dirt. But the trails up here in Larimer County have only been open a week here, a week there since the first of the year so I've only had a handful of actual days in the saddle.

Yep. I discovered my mic had a broke wire in it. Although it still didn't fix my cb when I got a new mic. so ended up replacing it.

 

I am a member and we have already been activated for this event. I have not heard the stories as you state but yes our main function is getting essential personal to hospitals or city offices.

 

Do they keep you in your general area of the city or all over the place? I saw that you put in your address on the availability signup.

 

Interesting. Never had an issue ordering from them and I know the owner so I am not worried.

 

They are only authorized to work with Denver County so far. So it's pretty much Denver metro.

 

Larimer county VOAD has reached out to the Mountaineers for this weekends storm as well. I'm on the list.

 

I picked up beer and a double fudge chocolate cake mix.

 

I picked up frozen pizza's and cocoa pebbles

 

Not sure about in town but in the Springs I've gotten about an inch so far, it's started to slow down a bit now though

 

No blue pills damnit. The fertilizer my guys uses is a slow release capsule so I don't worry about snow.

I thought about getting something delicious to make while I was at the store today but it was a madhouse at 2. The parking lot was FULL.

 

I went yesterday and it was packed. Fortunately it's near the college, so packed with babes in yoga pants this time of year. I try to go shopping at least twice a week.

 

I have enough food for a month.
