It depends. I ordered from Pelfrey and BruteForce with my Tacoma and they made me pay 50% up front, 50% when completed in order to pick it up. Not bad.

Relentless is the only shop that has allowed me to split my payments monthly. I have a rear bumper on order and will be paying 1/6 of the cost every month until September. Makes it a lot easier as somebody without loads of disposable income at one time. I just have to be slightly smarter about my spending. Also makes it so girlfriend isn't able to tell I ordered something big haha.

Unfortunately after that, it is time to start being responsible and not spending money for a while...

That's pretty awesome of them. If I didn't need a front bumper ASAP I would go that route if they would allow me to do that. But $550 for their DIY kit isn't bad at all. I think I found someone to weld it up for me too.

Nice. Yeah I learned that because I ordered my sliders for my tacoma that way. I really don't need anything immediately. I want them, but I realize it will be better to just wait it out.

That's good to know for the future though. They have some pretty cool products, so much use that method in the future

I wish they had more skids for my rig designed already. They have the front done, but the rest they would need a rig to design them on. If I wasn't bringing my girlfriend on the trip to pick up my bumper in September, I would let them use mine for a couple days, but she'd get impatient. We are going to Tahoe to camp right after.

Ran KM2s for a few months and hated them. Ran KO2s for maybe 6 months, loved them but thought they were stiff. Only got new tires to go up in size. Running Generals AT2s and love them. Looks wise, the thread looks VERY similar to the KO2s. My next tire will be either the Generals again or KO2s. I really like the looks of the KO2s, especially compared to the original KOs.

I have to run E rated KO2's and they are definitely stiff. Luckily it isn't my DD so I don't mind too much.

I wish they had a rear bumper for the 3rd gens. They just have the front skid as well for the 3rd

Mine's a DD so it did get a little harsh. At the time I was also on a shitty coil spacer lift so I'm sure that didn't help

I ran General AT2s on a daily driver for a few years, wore like iron and did great in the snow like BFGs. I've currently got KOs on my 4Runner and KO2s on my Tacoma. I've probably had a dozen sets of BFG ATs over the years and haven't had any issues. They wear great and perform as a true all terrain should on and off road. Yes, they are proud of them and it shows in the price. That's why I tried the Generals. If you shop around though you can still find good deals on the BFGs. I bought my KOs on a close out deal plus $75 rebate when the KO2s first came out. I recently got my KO2s buy 2 get 2 free w/ one year alignment and road hazard purchase. Out the door with tax was $760. I just wish the KO2s retained the rim guard the KOs had.

Guess who has 5 speeds, a supercharger and got 23 mpg my last tank. Mix of all sorts of driving. Highway, little 4wd and some city trips. So stoked!

Tomorrow is slider day. Finishing weld on for 3rd and 4th gen T4R.

Finished up rear bumper design today for 4th gen today. Gotta get drawings cleaned up and steel ordered.

Next week I'll start the front bumper for the 4th gen.

Then moving on to front and rear bumper for 3rd gen.

I was at 18. I had an odd tank of 11.2 so idk what that was all about... I actually thought my gauge was broken because it didn't move off "full" for so long...

I am $750 in right now...

Yean, mine are starting to look like crap...
