Bought some quick fist mounts for my shovel... Problem is tonneau gets in the way of shovel if I mount at bed rails.

Anyone drill into to bedside and how to secure from the other side?? I could probably get one from the side cubby, but not sure how to reach the other. Ideas??

I'm pretty impressed with it overall it doesn't "slap" by any means, but it does round out the system really well and sounds awesome. I can even feel it in my chest a little if I turn it up

Well it was hard to climb under there and clean everything so I took the spare tire off and could sit in there which was really nice..

For prep I started with a wire brush and cleaned all the flaking paint and rust off (a drill with wire brush would've been handy) then took some brake cleaner and a few rags and wiped all the oil / grease / dirt off (degreaser / water would have worked too) you literally paint the por15 right over the rust and it sticks on so nicely, it's amazing stuff and not much prep is required at all

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
Quickfist install & test fit! Promptly moved the shovel's middle Quickfist to just on the other side of the sliding window. I can reach it standing next to the truck without stretching.

    If anyone is curious:
These slot nuts http://www.amazon.com/T-Slot-Finish...&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01 fit the rails PERFECTLY

But the hole in the Quickfist's is only 1/4" and the nut is tapped for 3/8"-16 coarse threaded bolts. So I had to run a drill bit through the quick fists while they were wrapped up in a vice. They fit and feel perfect.

Tap "upload a file" then "choose file" then pick take photo, or photo library.

This is for iPhone. But I bet it is about the same for android

A sawzall would work well. You might need some touch up paint afterwards:sawzall:
