    I'm not too familiar with either state, but here are a few places.

    In Boston, Sam Adams and Harpoon are the big ones. I haven't been to Sam Adams, but I have been to Harpoon. They have a tour and a tap room. They have their regular beers on tap as well as some experimental stuff.

    Other Mass breweries - Both Trilium and Night Shift are really good. Trillium's Boston location is pretty close to Harpoon. We left the car parked at Harpoon and walked over to Trilium. I haven't been to Tree House, but people go nuts for it. I'm sure there is a lot more going on in and around Boston too.

    In Connecticut, Two Roads is the only one that I know of. They brew some good stuff, and they also contract brew some beers for Lawson's (which is an awesome brewery). I'm not sure if you can get Lawsons at the Two Roads brewery, but you might find it stores near there.
