What is this and why is it leaking, is that 'normal' grease or lubricant??

    Can someone please tell me if this is normal or if I need serious asap replacement?? :(

    Tie rod end. Connects the steering rack to each wheel spindle.
    Broken rubber seal that protects the ball and socket and retains the grease.
    Probably not critical yet if you recently ruptured it.
    New tie rod end and an alignment will fix you right up.

    I would also check the other side... Consider replacing both.

    Oh, and grease is lubricant. That is grease.
