    Toyota mechanic (happens to be a friend of mine) told me he was going to swap out my leaf springs under the recall while I was going through CVgate but realized I was running a completely different leaf pack now. I don't know what years the recall covers but if yours is, I'd say you should be good to go on the new leafs.

    Next time I'm in for service, im going to see if he'll still exchange my old oem leafs for the new ones. Just swap them out from the bed of my truck.

    Yea. It was supposed to be done yesterday but there was a fubar.
    Atleast I didnt have to work lastnite and got good sleep so i'll pack up the car or truck and head out once they get started.
