That code only works on the double cab config. If you have an AC, it doesn't work.

I called. They are expecting a big arrival of black leather in the next day or so.

Yep, I had the same confusion. Contact them and tell them you are from TW and they will give you a discount code for the AC. It's not quite as much $$, but percentage wise, it's a bout the same. I think. :)

How close does the dark grey match the material on the door panel. I wanted to order black with a grey center, and I would like the grey to match the door panel.

    Thank you

I finally got the seat belt cover installed on the rear passenger side. I ended up pulling the cover back off completely and reinstalling the black seatbelt hole cover without the clazzio leather cover in place. In doing so, the cover began to split around the headrest holes (see pic). Fortunately it is hidden when reinstalled.

I was never able to pop the cover back on with the material in place under it. I ended up using the tool to push it under like I should have done originally.

Anyway, the install is finally complete!

It's lighter than the door panel material. I'm not sure how to quantify by what amount though. 10%?

I thought I wrote to use that black tool.

If used correctly the covers do not tear

The corner split when I removed the leather cover, which I needed to do to get the plastic seatbelt cover back on. Yes, the black tool worked eventually but, I had already removed the plastic cover and had to get that back on first.

On my truck, the fit of the plastic seatbelt cover was so tight, I could not insert the thin end of the tool between the fabric and the cover much less force the cover fabric into that spot. Removing the cover and reinstalling it loosened it somewhat and allowed me to slip the leather in between as designed.

The split is hidden by the plastic piece covering the hole that the headrest inserts into, so it's no big deal. Fully installed, the cover looks fantastic.

Little tree air fresheners. Clazzio black leather seat covers.
Glad I decided to make a thread on these covers! It's nice to see so many people getting the covers and are pleased with the quality of the covers. And to whomever got the TW discount code

2 month update- my covers still look great! No wrinkles. I was able to get the covers sungged up really good after a couple weeks. Heated seats still work like a dream here in the brisk mornings in Oregon. I couldn't be more happy with my choice to go with the Clazzio covers. So far the best thing I've done to my 16' Tacoma!

It is on the lowest point of the back of the seat. from the back either grab a mirror or bend down. Under the seat you will see or feel 2 or 3 little straps that connect underneath with a little s hooks. The plastic is what keeps change from going thru the front seat onto the rear floor. After you unhook those straps you will understand the piece. It is very thin and the width of the seat by 6 or 8 inches high. It is more permanently attached to the lower part of the rear of the top cover and simply fastened underneath where the springs and seat frame are accessible.

I wondered this too and was just going to unplug 'all' the cables under there and reroute if needed but then seen the yellow cable. Then I remembered anytime there is a yellow plug, that means 'airbag' and you can't unplug that cable with the battery still connected or it may blow the airbag. So new installers beware... But in the end I did just cut the Clazzio in that spot and didn't have to unplug anything...

Any advice for getting the two clips that connect to the bottom of the seat? They really don't want to come out.
