How are some people getting the 400 miles a tank? I was lucky to get 300 before my fuel light came on and it was stock.

Toss it in the bed. Or on the roof rack. Or with a swing out bumper. Or do the mod that allows you to fit a 285.

    Just suggestions.

I'm running 285 looks good but a lot of trimming. I want to move to 275 but a lot of my friends says stay and 285. TW friend that I wheel with running 265 and moving to 285.
My slare is still stick. Eventually get a full size spare and move it into the flat bed

How bad is it if you drive a bit on a 265 spare if it came to that?

I think as long as you have equal tire sizes in the back, and toss the smaller in the front, you might be okay... Or you may just be asking for it. Idk.

I have 285's and it will fit under the bed, with a little trimming of the spare tire cradle, as long as you don't have a flowmaster dual exhaust. the 285 will not fit with this exhaust, atleast it doesn't on mine
