Eco App update

Alright. I searched the forum and the owners manual so it's time to reach out.
In the Eco App I seem to remember it automatically recognizing a new day and starting a new fuel Econ bar for that day on first drive and showing it next to the last weeks worth.
Now however it will only start a new day's bar graph if I hit "Update". Otherwise it doesn't register a day. It'll just skip.
Thoughts? What am I missing here?
The rest of the in-cluster displays are tracking and are accurate. I haven't run into the odometer resetting or any of that nonsense.

 

I have a related problem; it only shows today's info and never stores anything.
I supposedly had it fixed by the dealer today. I'll know tomorrow I guess.
The service advisor said the tech was all up in the owners manual.

 

Try hitting "update" in the weekly bar graph page and let me know what happens.
What you have is what mine does if I clear it all and never hit update.

 

If the problem persists or reoccurs, I'll try that.
