i just to throw my 60 under it and see how much clearance i have to decide on amount to be trimmed

 

Cutting the flare out would probably give you enough room

 

ya i am debating on leaving the flare on there and making my trims that way or completely taking it off and trimming the actual fender and leaving the flare off

someone offered me 300 for all 4 flares.....not sure what the going rate is on them right now

 

Shit I'd sell them for that. There's no way you're going to be able to use them. I mean you could leave them on there but you'll have to cut 90% of them out lol

 

the front yes the rear not so much
rear i would have to trim about 50% of it

 

I think you'll be surprised at how much you actually have to cut to stuff the rears. I just trimmed my bedsides for the third time.. but then again I have an assload of travel in the rear

Subbed for the tons and Im really interested in what you did to get the stock sending unit on a fuel cell

 

Just cut the hole for the stock sending unit and bolt it in. That's how my fuel cell is setup as well.

 

RCI makes a couple different tanks that have the approximate height on what our sending unit runs at, stock sending unit is usually at 11" in the stock tank

RCI has 2 tanks that it could work with, a 15 gallon tank which is 32" long 12" height and 8" wide and also have a 19 gallon tank which is 32" long 12" height and 12" wide (which is the tank i went with to get 4 extra gallons, dont mind using the extra 4" of room for 4 gallons more)
Genright offroad makes a kit to use your stock sending unit in a fuelcell but its close to 200 dollars, I found a guy on ebay that makes the rings for 55 i believe

then you take the tank and make a hole in it haha

shave the sending unit to fit the ring, about 1/16 shaving required

and bolt it up (after the top rings are welded together)
