Tacos in St. Louis area

Oh no I meant in general. I'd love to do that! But my Tacoma is pretty much stock other than a few cosmetic things. Watching that video kind of scares me away with a stock truck

 

Honestly a Tacoma with just all terrains should be able to make it through as long as there hasn't been a ton of rain.

 

Anyone interested in going to flat nasty this coming Saturday? @ChandlerDOOM and I are going. Plan to wheel Saturday and camp that night before heading home Sunday morning. Might get some night wheeling in as well

Yeah that's a possibility for sure, she may want me around that weekend since I have drill 14-15 but we will see

 

Hey, does anyone here have recommendations for a reliable shop in the area? I'm newer to the area and I've had a couple unpleasant experiences so far.

 

What kind of work are you trying to get done?

 

Wolf Fab is awesome and an absolute pleasure to work with. I know that Austin at Wolf Fab has done work for @hmcclung, @Sacrifice, @SconnieHailer, and myself. Great guy that I highly recommend.

 

Agreed Austin is a great guy. He bent a motor crossover bar for me and shipped it to WY I'll get it mounted up when we finally get some summer weather out here.

 

Just looking for a shop I can rely on for general maintenance if I don't have the time and need it in a pinch. Most recently I took it to the stealership (I know, but they're a block from my house) for a CV boot and regular interval maintenance. What should have taken one morning took three days because they overbooked and then ordered the wrong boot kit. And then charged me $20 on top of their already-high rates to replace one bolt they found had come loose (probably from the other shop I took it to last time for an alignment which also took forever).

 

totally would go with you guys but my father in law is having surgery today and we are going to springfield to help him out this weekend.
