Lift is all done, greased up the zerk fittings with 3 pumps of the ptfe superlube stuff (enough?). And put drylube on the uniball. Everything is torqued down and I'm happy with how it looks. One problem is there is a popping sound when I make turns or go over bumps, not sure where it's coming from but from what I've read it's the sway bar? Anyone have any ideas? I'm gonna put some spacers or something on the carrier bearing too so the driveshaft isn't at a sharp angle, not sure if I should do the diff drop people always say not to but the cv's look like they are at a pretty steep angle. Anyway, here's some pics. image.jpg image.jpgimage.jpg

Update on the popping noise, me and my brother took off the sway bar and it was totally gone, I'm thinking if I put a spacer on the bracket holding the sway bar bushings it'd be eliminated? I know several people remove their sway bar and keep it that way but I just wouldn't feel safe with it off. I didn't really notice all that much of a difference without it on though.

Anybody ever have a rubbing sound when going over bumps with the wheel turned? I can't pin point it. It sounds and almost feels like tire rubbing but that isn't it it's coming from the front end

33x12.5 on 15x8 rims. I know it isn't it though because I've had them on forever and it just now started. I've taken a look at both sides while someone else makes the noise and it isn't tire rubbing

Mine rubs on the windshield washer tank when turning hard so the shock compresses. Well actually the plastic that protects it.

I'll take another look at it. Ball joints make popping sounds so I don't think that's it next thing I thought of was away bar bushings

alright, what would make my truck do this? It's the air intake, I'm gonna say it's having an irregular breathing problem. Hopefully the link works.

So it only does it when it's in gear. Guess I should have added that. Still misfire? Would changing the spark plug wires maybe fix it? Plugs were changed a a couple months go.
