Haha the problem is that my girlfriend and my favorite thing to do together is snowboard. My favorite things to do are camping, wheeling, and snowboarding. I know I can do wheeling and camping in Phoenix.

She's internal audit? I'll be external. Congrats on the promotion though. That is the big one.

Snowbowl and Sunrise are both within a reasonable distance and Southern Colorado resorts are like an 8 hour drive but totally doable. I usually drive to Durango once or twice a season for a few days at a time

Damn I didn't know you had skiing that close. My drive from Santa Barbara to mammoth is 8 hours anyway.

AZ is just so much cheaper than CA. Los Angeles rent for a 1 bedroom apartment for me and my girlfriend is gonna be like 2k a month.

What the hell?? How? haha. The reason my drive sucks to mammoth is that I have to head south for about 60 miles before turning around to go north

both the AZ resorts are hit or miss and when they get busy its not even worth going IMO but Durango/Silverton is an easy 8 hour drive and if you pick the right weekend lift lines are almost non existent

What is like a normal monthly rent on a 1 or 2 bedroom house?
