900-1000 is pretty easy for a 2-3 bedroom house with garage.

 

Haha I meant the house. That is so insane. A 4 bed with a pool in CA would be at least 6k a month.

My 3 bedroom apartment with 6 other people right now totals 4200

 

I pay 1050 for 1450sf house 3 bedroom with a big backyard in West Mesa.

My house in peoria. 3 bed 2 bath with a pool . Garage was in closed for a fame type room. Is 600 month

I'm sad i didn't see you yesterday.. I was on a leash all day and was on lock down

 

So my lady just bought her completely renovated 2200 Sq Ft 3bd/2ba house in right in the heart of Phoenix and her mortgage is less than 2k a month. I was paying closer to $1300 a month to rent the same size house in South Scottsdale. The out lying areas are even cheaper for more house and mostly new construction often with pools and over size garages but we wanted a place in the center of everything. 10 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to Sky Harbor, 20 minutes to work and 10 minutes from both our parents houses in a historic neighborhood.

 

I'm working in LA for 2 years at least while my girlfriend works here as an ER Tech. Once she gets in to PA school, I'll probably move wherever she gets in.

 

I looked at a 1 bedroom apartment. 1000 sq ft, in downtown LA, 3400 dollars a month.
