    Yup.

    3" suspension lifts don't let you run a bigger tire, since when it bottoms out, it bottoms out at the same place as stock / original. Clearance helps you run a bigger tire. Lift is inconsequential. The only lifts that add tire clearance, are body lifts and drop bracket lifts. However with a body lift you will still hit the body mount.

    i recommend doing it sooner than later, even if you have to sit on them. There seems to always be a waiting list for the current and next month.

    I'm contemplating the Dakar lead pack for the back of my truck as well. I'm currently running a custom AAL but I'm not happy with the performance because I still sag when loaded with shell, camping gear, and four bikes. As of this summer we will be towing a tent trailer so I need the springs to be able to handle it.

    How do they ride unloaded? Except for the summer months my bed is mostly empty.
