Ok lets get something straight, "Natural Resources" are being taken away from us here in the off road play in dirt and sand community... Being preserved for nothing more than a fat real estate mogul maybe...

Let me just clearly state I stand on both sides on this argument, as a life long motor head junky and as a law-abiding citizen. I can argue both The Great and The Terrible things police officers do..... I think a lot of us are on the same page here. It really pisses me off the ugly shady gray line being drawn here on the island and over all state wide, between recreational activities and preservation laws.

I would like to thank a lot of police officers for there work in the line of duty. However at the same time I have witnessed first hand a few things that are down right criminal, and I say that after actually benefiting from the shameful police act, so please keep that in mind...

If you run a cops foot over and worse off break the dudes leg and tried getting away, you really screwed the pooch hard...

But for all of us to not have a voice over this is really something of a concern for all of us.

This is a heated topic for sure, and I for one get very passionate and emotional over it. I wish police and citizens could together be more level headed. As a cop I am sure you gotta do what you gotta do to keep your job, as a citizen we gotta do what we gotta do to keep our hobbies alive. I think the problem, like always, stems at the top. Motorcycles have and always will have a bad boy reputation, still doesn't make us all criminals. And just like that with the cops, the bad seeds give the good ones a bad rep.

I have a ton more to say here but my rant will stop here for now.

Welcome to overpopulation brother. There is very little land to roam free anymore and certainly not on Long Island NY. Move out west to the desert if off-road recreation is what you're into. Or get a mountain bike. Lots of awesome places to ride a bicycle on LI.

There is absolutely zero reason for a NYSDEC cop to be ON FOOT while chasing a jeep/atv/whatever. Absolutely zero. I highly doubt his foot was run over by complete accident. And I'm not talking Aflac I'm saying when you get an injury doing your job and go out for it, you still get paid for your regular time, and it's tax free.

I'm no longer shopping for tires but I do need to find a shop to do a post lift Alingment... Will be installing aftermarket upper control arms so I'm looking for a place that won't be scratching their heads... Any recommendations?

Where is that? Looks like Gilgo but I've been told it's closed this season. Counting the minutes I can finally make it out to Demo for some fishing.

That's super far for me as of now. things might change though.

Also @mahaloTaco is having a group buy on airflow snorkels if he gets a couple more guys they are going to $335 all in including shipping. If he gets to 100 guys it's going to go down to $300...

I'm in! Then maybe some of us could
Organize a group install. I'll bring the beers!
