    I'm running 4 of the fancy five wire switches, plus a "Winch Power" and "Winch in/Out" which I'm not sure how many wires they will take but I've allotted a power wire, a ground wire, and a dash illumination wire for them. The other switches have a power wire, a ground wire, and an output-to-relay wire. The dash illumination wires aren't in that bundle, but I ended up making up a harness for them last night. If I can't find a convenient dash light wire going to the climate controls or in the factory radio harness, I'll probably just run the wire across under the steering wheel and tap into the wire I'm running my cab lights and Tach illumination off of.

    Haha, thanks for the vote of confidence, but that's not really something I'd be comfortable messing with. :oops: I've never done one, but I'm pretty sure it would require removal of the timing belt which is something that I'd rather leave to experienced Toyota techs (that way if something goes wrong, it's on them). ;)

    If that means what I think it does (using a jumper from switch to switch for each power, ground, and illumination terminal), I considered it, but I figured it'd be cleaner and less of a PITA if I ran a separate wire for each switch (especially since I don't have all the switches ATM), although I do plan on running all 6 power wires of two fuses at the fuse block.

    Oh. Well that's Cryptic Tim for ya. :rolleyes: Pretty sure mine is a belt. 2nd Gens have a chain? That sounds like an even bigger PITA to get everything lined up in proper timing. It's easy on an old skool push-rod engine, but the quad overhead cam thing is a whole other story, belt or chain.

    4.0l is chain. Only reason I know that already is my truxk didn't have a oil cap on it when I bought it. Day after I bought it i was checking things over and saw the chain turning. Pissed me off

    Okay, I'm now back to where I started more or less, aside from the interior of the truck being torn apart. I routed and finalized my main power for the fuse block and rerouted the CB wire along with it since they were both going the same general direction. So the CB is back online. Tomorrow I'll start on the powers and grounds for the switches. Still have to make a mount for my relays. Haven't fully solidified a plan for that.

    @Timbo89 How did you do yours? Any pics? Or do you have one of those high dollar fuse/relay blocks like Frank & Todd have?

    I built my own. I have a cat 5 cable going g to the fuse box which each circuit has a relay. Then that a ground, power wire, and a illumination wire is ran. So I don't have to later.

    @Taco No Baka not sure if this will help but it's how I wired my switches. Just daisy-chained all the same ones together

    The terminal that has no wire connected to it yet is the one that goes to the relay.

    That's the way I had considered doing it. Yours looks amazingly cleaner than I thought something like that would come out. Great work as always, Todd. It's making me second guess my giant bundle of wires, haha.

    Hmm...I'm gonna have to check the diagram again. I think I may have screwed up somewhere...o_O

    Edit: Yup, I forgot the bottom two terminals have to be jumpered if you aren't using a dimmer.

    @Taco No Baka thanks for making me feel good but I have 30 bucks in that box. It's from a crown vic I made into a fuse box for what I wanted and made my own plate for it to sit on
