What's up with this 100 rep emphasis? Just curious. Obviously you're a big dude so I'm guessing it works, but how'd you get to the 100 rep conclusion?

Same here. I did all my deadlifts without straps, except on 405...needed some help there. Even on 315, I had to regrip a few times. I've only been using straps on 405+ deadlifts. Doing shrugs without straps will help tremendously

I need to get some straps to go heavy on DL. The highest I've been able to get was 305, which didn't feel like it bothered my back at all but I couldn't hold onto the damn thing. Dropped it as soon as I got all the way up.

Shit son so you have a new max on squats now? Also 405 for three is up there too for ya ain't it?

I did legs today as well.
    Back squat135x10 225x5 365x5,5 335x5

    Front squat 185x10,10
    Walking lunges 3x12
    Calf raises 4x25
    Laying hammy curls 4x15
Narrow leg press 3x12, drop set to 25 at the end.

    Legs feel like jello

Meh, I wouldn't count that as a new max b/c I didn't get to parallel...prob a few inches over. For dl's, 405x3 was the most I've ever done. I've gotten 420-430 before, but my back was super rounded, so I'm not trying that weight again until I get my form perfect on 405. I ain't trying to visit snap city. My squats and deadlifts have gotten better this year, but my bench is stagnant. I'm gonna start going heavier on it.

For the longest time, I have been wondering what the definition of "big" is. Now I know.

If dudes want to fight you, big.
If dudes dont want to fight you, big.
If you start fights, pick fights, or think about fights, big.

If you get mad at this, yoked.

Leg day for me too. Program called for just leg press.

    Narrow stance: 50,40,30,20,10
    Wide stance: 10,20,30,40,50

But mr Hyde said "fuck it, you don't need to be able to walk tomorrow". So I threw in

    10x10 leg extensions
    10x10 leg curls

Did all that in just a giant set. 1 min rest between each set.

Ordered Mr Hyde Sunday to see what the fuss is about. Really wanna try infinite labs juggernaut x when it comes out. I like the nutrient profile more then anything else I've seen. No mombo jumbo ingredients with little research behind them. I feel alot of the pwo companies just push as much different ingredients into the product as possible because average Joe is gonna look at it and think "wow look at how many different ingredients are in this one, must be the best"
