I haven't a clue, so will say none.
I have what will sound silly to you TITS guys.

When do you wash your trucks?

I mean, like it starts snowing and you are having to drive in it and your trucks are getting filthy.

So you just have to wait till it is all gone?

This snow stuff is a foreign concept...:D

Another tip is to keep the gas tank full.
Each gallon is equal to about 6 lbs. so that is "free" weight you can use.
A little over 100 lbs. of needed/added weight for free!

My truck did awesome in the snow today. I was on roads with about 7 inches of fresh snow and did fine. The tires helped a lot. I have brand new bfg mud terrains 255/75/17s.

I guess I'll find out pretty soon, we've got about 6 inches on the ground right now and it's still coming down hard. Probably end with about 10 or 12 inches total when it's done. Damn, why didn't I ask for a snow blower for christmas?

    Personally, my truck is awesome!!

Had about 2" yesterday morning when I went to work. Roads not plowed and it was slick. I didn't have any problems at all. Took my time.... especially around corners/unplowed areas.

Last night when I left work @8pm - it had snowed 12" over 12 hours while I was at work. Roads were plowed earlier and roads were still covered & packed snow. The truck never lets me down. Still had to go pretty slow when turning corners and driving into unplowed areas....but that was actually the fun part of the drive home. It was nice not having any other traffic on the road.

I've never missed work due to snow...in any of the 4WD vehicles I've owned. In fact, I had a Mazda Protege (years ago) that amazed the shit outta me in the snow. THat thing got me through some thick shit....similar storms as we just had.

Truck was awesome in the snow this morning going to work. My street wasn't even plowed yet! Prob had about 15 inches of fresh powder and the truck just ate it right up! I have no idea why I waited so long to buy this truck. Oh and I have the crappy stock Dunlops on and it was still great in the snow!

I love my Tacoma in the snow, or mud or (insert terrain here) Sorry, I don't have any pics of it stuck in the snow, I tried! It wouldn't get stuck, it refused! The attached pic is the truck parked at the end of the drive-way across the sidewalk (so I wouldn't have to shovel it). We got around 22-24 inches of snow yesterday and the truck handled it fine. I used 4wd just a few times (to get out of parking lots, driveways, start off at some intersections etc.) Tires make a big difference. My 2000 Tacoma had the BFG ATs, they ROCKED!!! My 2001 has Wrangler TDs and they do great, no complaints so far. I know some folks like the high dollar rubber, and they 'might' perform better, but my budget restricted me to these and I like how they handled the snow.

When I had my 96..... I used ratchet straps corner to corner and wrapped it around each bag.

But now....I have a rubber bed mat in my 07 and that thing works awesome.

I'd highly recommend getting a rubber bed mat!

Either buy a load gate or build one....2x4's can be framed into different areas of your bed.....I have another advantage as my bedliner has built in molds for just that.....1-8' will create the box frame for my "tote" for winter sand/salt mix...stays put all season...;)
