I didn't build it hoping for your approval, I built it because it meets mine!
    Thanks!
Used a 4.5" angle grinder with a flap wheel. Took off a little at a time and kept checking. Took a few test fits per side but I got it.
Not running the spacers anymore, they were too much with these wheels. And they made everything rub hardcore.
No rubbing anymore now, but I'm sure once I start flexing offroad there will need to be some trail-side trimming.

Make shore you take in account putting new brake pads on. I did the same thing on a Dodge and it needed brakes 2 years later and I was working and had the wife take it in to have them done. They put new rotors on and new pads and the truck would not even move. Fucked up my wheels and ended up costing me a fortune. And a rental car and new wheels.

I have the same 16" wheels only in black and I ran into the same issue. I am using a 1/4" spacer for now just for the front to clear the caliper. What size spacers were you using? I may attempt this at some point.

Luckily we have fixed, not sliding calipers on our trucks. So the caliper stays in the same spot all the time and the pads slide on pins (the same ones that eventually get all loosey-goosey and cause noise from the front brakes).

I tried a ¼" spacer but standard acorn style lugs wouldn't even engage the threads on the factory studs. And I am not a fan of ET lug nuts.
Did you use ET lugs or put in longer studs?
I used the 1.25" Spidertrax spacers I was running with my stock wheels.

Takes a couple of hours not too difficult. Just watched a couple of installs on youtube.
I had katzkins on my 2014 Taco and they were good but had wrinkles that were never gonna disappear and the Matt finish started to get shiny from getting in and out almost right away. Katzkin stiching is a little crooked too and they take 10 times longer to install. I love these clazzio's and my stock seat fabric is still there if I ever wanted to go back.

I am using ET lugs. These specifically.

Why don't you like ET lugs?

Have not pulled a wheel off yet. So I was just going on past experiences on grinding for rim clearences.

I'm using the same lugs but chrome and acorn style.

On my FJ I kept breaking studs and couldn't figure out why. Eventually I figured out the ET lugs were pulling on the studs at the base because the shank was about a millimeter too long and it was stretching them out.
I ended up changing all my studs for the third time and going to standard acorn lugs and never had a problem again.

Starting a new mod... Tailgate mounted troller... I expect to get somewhere in the neighborhood of 65mpg after this.

Once i add the breather I'm thinking it'll make a great fishing submarine too.

    Unlimited possibilities!!

Bought it and washed it for the first time! I traded in my 2006 TRD OR for this 2016 SR5. Hopefully tomorrow will allow time before work for dipping the badges and adding the bedside stickers. Next week I'll have my previously purchased 2016 TRD OR wheels put on when the lug nuts come in, and the dealer will do their wash then.

Added some Coverking Neosupremes on the front. The outer fabric is like neoprene, but the inner cushion foam is an open cell type foam. Overall quality and fit is good, but some of the bungee hooks are near impossible to find a spot or reach.
