False alarm... My wife bought a shower rod and Amazon used a box that was way too big.

So I did a dry fit in my truck and I'm seeing the same issue as @UssMoGn but in a slightly different variation. The panel is touching the floor of the cab in three spots (center, left and right) and my upper bolt holes aren't lining up to get the seat latch bolts back in without fear or cross threading.
    image.jpg
    image.jpg
This will also cause interference with sound deadening and finish insulation that I already have planned. Really small adjustment and it would be spot on. Perhaps 1/16". What I plan to do is trim the bottom of the panel about that much which would allow me to move the panel down a bit and I should be good. I will attribute this to the slight variations direct from Toyota and not any kind of damage to the truck or the panel.
I won't modify the panel at all until I have a chance to test fit it in my buddy's AC to confirm fitment for everyone.

The panel itself made it to me in good shape and is a top quality product! Thanks again @docloco for your work and dedication to getting this thing back to TW. Super happy and can't wait to get it all painted and buttoned up. Time to shop for more molle pouches!

Yeah same boat my tops got forced in and went in straight, but they are tight. I will be making some hole adjustments Thur. So should have pic up by then. Oh and my packs will be in Friday too.

Did you just re-use the bolts for the bottom holes? I think I may have misplaced mine. Took my cubbies out a while ago and sold them, but I know I kept the bolts "somewhere safe".

When I yanked the bins I put the bolts back in. Glad I did that, will be able to reuse them.

I have the 6 bolts still, haven't put them in yet because of the alignment issue, but should be standard 10mm or 12mm flair head Toyota bolts. Lowes have em. Honestly the thing holds great with just the top 4 but that might change after some gear gets put on it.

Yeah, one of my concerns was just to lessen the chance of rattles and/or vibrations, but once all the pouches are in, they will dampen the panel and it shouldn't be an issue. I'll look in my shop in the usual places- I'm sure I can find the original bolts or at least have something I can use in my junk cubbies.

Only rattling i've heard so far is when I put/slam the seats back up, You can kinda hear it in my video and the loose stuff rolling around back there. Other then that no extra road noise or Road rattle. But I'm going to overkill with some sound mat from bottom to top.

@GHOST SHIP Also remember chances are your packs will be a little bigger than your space and you'll have your seats pushing on that packs that will push on the plate.

Gotcha. I've been planning what I will carry back there since this project was first started. Large/heavy items on the bottom and more frequently used/smaller items up top. Some things will just get Velcro strapped to the panel itself without pouches for ease of access.
