I'm doing mine today. I'm expecting aprox. 30 minutes including drinking a few beers.

Xactly. Shouldn't take long. At first we tried to use pry bar to seperate the body to remove old bushing and was just short of getting it out. Then we used bottle Jack and seperated body from mount with ease. And definetly made easiest with after market bumper to access bolts.

My bushings looked even worse than yours, and I believe the popping noise has gone away.

I used a floor Jack and a 2x4 to lift my cab off the frame

Mine looked pretty bad too, the passenger sole was torn. Did you do the cab mounts too?

Nah. Thought about it, but between my cab mounts being chopped to shit and my firewall being beaten as far back as possible, I wasn't sure how easy a job it would be

@Chux when you first got your Cooper's and SCS wheels were you able to fit the spare in the stock location?

To be honest I didn't even try.. I heard reviews of won't fit, it'll fit if you cut out the brackets to keep it in place, I was just ok with keeping it in the bed and mounting it to the track system for efficient bed room.

    Few up dates to drop.

Working on getting our iPad set up for map use while traveling. What map apps does everyone use? I swapped out the Ram phone mount for a tablet mount. Really like how it's positioned, everything is still accessible around it. Think it will be great as well to turn twords the passenger for co-pilot navigation.
