Did you leave your CB drop in after you flipped it? That might have made the angle too extreme. I'm just shooting from the hip here.

Thanks brother this is why on the next truck it will get leveled in the front and nothing else. Looks good but not worth all the aggrevation.

It sucks that every truck is so different in some aspects. I lifted my rear 2" and am not having any vibrations.

Absolutely nothing. Guess I got lucky...or I'm retarded and don't notice the vibrations. Pretty sure they're not there though. It's not progressive either.

Here is a driveline angle calculator - measure your transmission angle, both sections of driveshaft, and the pinion angle of the rear diff. Use a digital angle finder accurate to 0.1 degree - I think many smart phones are capable with an angle meter app, or buy a digital angle meter from fleabay or elsewhere. Fill in all info in the calculator, since you don't have a tandem axle, enter your pinion angle for both axles and the "interaxle" driveline, so it is calculated as one unit.

Ok Update!!! When I originally did the carrier flip I didn't pay attention to why? Only after installing the washers did I check the CB due to the vibrations coming back with the washers. The CB flip actually moves the driveshaft closer to the frame, which is what I needed due to only having a stock suspension with the TSB leaf. I think that the flip isn't good for modified lifts, but the CB drop should be considered.
