Yeah, I don't think a snorkel would have made any bit of difference like you said. Damn dust cloud was 20' in to the air.

yeah, i think the trick is to have a snorkel with one of the vortex filters on it to 90% of the dust never makes it into the intake in the first place

 

Who makes that one? I want one of the snorkels with the canister filters up top. I've seen ONE on a Tacoma before

 

Donaldson makes them, just have to find one that fits your particular snorkel, they make them in a bunch of sizes

Yup. @jowybyo and I have design tons of equipment at our last career together using this brand. Really good filters.

Derp, I had them backwards. Yes, Solverg made a better filter. Donaldson was what we got away from.

Bah, solberg dosent make a pre cleaner with a high enough scfm for our engines
