Awesome, thanks for the reply. I'm going to give it a try tonight.
Looks like one of the 4runner guys got it to work on a 64 bit version of windows, albeit looks like it has different drivers.

Depends how tech savvy you are, you could likely un 32 bit xp in virtual box.

I can't recall which sensors TPMS used. I am travelling for work this week, so I will have to speak with them when I get back... they did this back in November, so this will likely be a headache...

@jakub4: I do not have the the serial numbers for the TPMS. I am going to find out what sensors CanTire used, and if they can clone the stock id's. This is what I was expecting. If they can't clone the stock id's, I'd love to try the cable out. If it works, $20 is a well worth it.

It looks like that cable is just an ODB2 connector, I wonder if my b/t odbII connector would work? I think it is this one: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/V2-1-ODB2-II...630681?hash=item1e9bb94ad9:g:cqwAAOSw6BtVSxbk

No the b/t OBD sensors won't work with Toyo Techstream. I have one as well.
