There are perks. Spent the first 6 years of my auto career at Stylin' Trucks before them and JCWhitney got shipped to the Philippines and had the same type of perks.. Left to come here part time a year or so before, and was here a year part time. After I got my degree, went to Pepsi to be a Manager there and then came back here to be Asst. Manager when opportunity was presented. Had I not come back, I was shooting to buy a Impreza for a daily haha. Wouldn't have been modded. Just a driver, and pour more money into my bagged Dakota.

Radio reception problems with that one too, right? I don't really care, but I got the other style they have, the shorty, and I'm not sure how I feel about the way it looks. It almost looks like a broken power antenna to me the way it steps up in size, I kinda wish I'd just gone with that style instead...may still do it at some point.

 

So I was out debadging the truck to redo the black paint on them and somehow noticed the top weather stripping on the top of the cab on the driver side has somehow disappeared. Any recommendations on where to get a new one, other than the dealer which will probably be stupid pricing? Also how necessary is it, as in is this something I need to get on ASAP?

 

The roof strips

 

Be careful with those metal caps...you might want to throw some anti seize on all of your valve stems. A little bit of Galvanic corrosion and you'll be replacing all your TPMS sensors when you try to remove the caps.

 

Before I say anything... once you remove the roof strips, are they re-usable?
