This is our newest addition to the family, we got him last week and he's 10 weeks old!

He's actually halfway lying in the rear cupholders, propped up from the rear seat bottoms folded up (his crate is in the back, under the black blanket)

Not a great co-pilot. When she isn't sleeping she is smearing up the windows lol

The girls and I took a road trip in March.

 

Every one needs a number 2 partner.

 

Not sure if this belongs on the dogs thread, airplane thread, or boat thread, but in order of importance, dogs come first. So, here's one of the dogs sitting in the boat watching my neighbour getting ready to depart in his plane.

This guy was a neglect case for 10 years according to neighbours of the previous owner. Kept in a 10x6 concrete enclosure all day. In a garage at night. Left out while the owners went away for long weekends, etc... Eventually surrendered to animal services who in turn sent him to a no kill shelter (Heaven Can Wait does fantastic things if you're in the Calgary area and looking for a best friend and co-driver). Was 12 when we took him in. Is 14 now. The body is giving out, but the mind though, so sharp. Always ready for adventure. No matter the aches and pains. Fearless! I hope he remembers these last couple of years as his chance to finally live, the best years of his life.

 

Hugs are his favorite!!
