Installation is reverse of removal.

Seriously, line up the little tabs at the bottom and push straight back on, then put the 6 plastic clippythings back in and the 2 screws.

 

Gotta use the T5. I tried a standard width lock but it wasn't wide enough. Went with the T5 and it's a little too wide but actually works.
