South Carolina BS thread under new MANAGEMENT and lives in SC

So tired today. 30 hours in 3 days. What happened to working bankers hours? Just keep swimming.


Protip:
if you stop paying your car payments, better hide yourself on the internet. Someone's instagram pics told me what kind of schedule they have and guess who got repo'd yesterday. I still gotta plan a ride-along with one of our repo companies at some point.

 

Got a mug of coffee as well as a thermos of coffee. I am "prepared" for this day.

 

It does right?!

I'm just on the financial institution side but still, we got a pretty sweet investigative tool we use to find family and associates. We creep Facebook, twitter, instagram, etc.

I called someone's daddy yesterday who ratted him out instantly. Its hilarious when mamas and daddies find out that their adult children arent paying bills. One mama said she is "a stand up christian and we'll have our truck within a week". That was a 40k loss. The daddy from last night said if the son doesn't call me by Monday, to call him back and he'll go take the bike himself.

 

Trust me, my job isn't all fun. We also deal with foreclosure, bankruptcy, calling folks. But I have an awesome team so I love coming to work every day. We often get fussed at for being too loud and always laughing. They stuck our dept in the furthest corner of the building.

 

But I'm super interested to see what our repo agents do. The stories I've heard... Epic. I can't wait for my ride along.

 

They've been asking for people for YEARS. Our dept is maxed out. You wouldn't like the cubicle life...

 

Repo life ain't easy. They get guns pulled on them and all sorts of crazy stuff happens.
