Recalibrated my navigation system for my new larger tires. Didn't realize you had to do this until I looked at my nav screen going to work this morning. The truck thought it was on the ninth fairway at the local golf course. FOUR!!!!

    Installed the OEMAudio speakers/amp.

Installation was pretty easy. The video walkthrough helps a lot. I only broke one panel clip. Definitely recommend having a good set of panel removal tools to do this. Makes it much easier.

Sounds a lot better than stock (obviously). I used to have a station wagon with 2 10" subs, and the bass isn't that level, but I am not 18 years old any more, and a 8" in a well made box is plenty of bass for me. I suspect you could get just as good/better sound from sourcing your own components/speakers, or going to a car audio store. However, I liked the plug and play aspect of the kit, plus the stealth sub box is really well made. It fits perfectly into the storage compartment behind the rear seat.

Everything was well packaged, and arrived to my house un-damaged.

I'd recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to go custom speaker route, but does want a sound upgrade.

89.95 + shipping, installed them myself in about 45 min

you do have to drill holes into the hood for the rivets, they come with a very good install guide. Sorry did not make a video of the install process. Only tool you need that some people may not have is a rivet gun. Great buy so far

Correct. Not enough room under the bed for the bigger tires. I've been thinking of chopping the tail pipe just over the rear axle. If I do, I think the tire will fit fine underneath.

I don't have a good side shot. I'll work on that.

You do have to drill into the hood and rivet brackets into hood. Install instructions are on the web site

I've got a 285 under mine. It's tight, but it fits. No tailpipe modification.

No photos as the truck is a giant pollen bomb anyway but yesterday I removed the matte black vinyl on the B post between the front and rear windows. What a difference! The truck looks so much better without it. Like someone else here posted , my passengers side was not lined up even front to back and it bugged me so I just removed it and I am glad I did. Having the Orange break up the two windows looks a hell of a lot better.

Hm. Don't know. Mine was sitting on the tail pipe. Perhaps there's just enough of a difference between 75/16's and 70/17's to make it an issue...

I'm going to have pull that black vinyl on mine too. I did it on my '13 Ram and on my '06 S2000 where Honda decided they needed to cover the entire frame around the windshield. It's got nice shiny paint under there. Let it show!

I just held it toward the driver's side a little while my buddy cranked it up, so it is off center a tad, but I've been running it around for 3 weeks with no probs or rattles either. As far as height, all manufacturers have different heights of 285/75R16's and 285/70R17's but usually they are within 3/8's inch or so. The 285/75R16 STT PRO's on my big truck are the same diameter tho, so IDK, but my spare is some cheapy mud terrain that was on clearance through my tire vendor. I couldn't pass up $70 for a brand new tire that I was only going to use as a spare and it fit so I'm content.

$70 is a steal! I'm sure pulling the tire to one side made all the difference. I got another BFG so I can run a 5 tire rotation. Just have to find another TRDOR rim...

I just realized that it is a 285/75R16 because I didn't change my spare wheel size either. :notsure:

So this is the a.r.e z-series ? I thought they didn't offer the wind doors for the z-series. This looks a lot like the v-series. I mean no disrespect or questioning your own truck but it looks great and I'm trying to pick up that style Canopy.
