There's one woman that works at my gym. Mon-fri 10-6. Which means she's never there when the asshole crew rolls on.

We've tried to get the owner to do other stuff before, but she doesn't have the balls to confront anyone. About anything. There was one guy dropping weights from over his head. Bent most of the Dumbbells. Ended up with the curl bar with 45s rolling over a kid's foot. She didn't say shit. One kid had TERRIBLE BO, tried to get her to say something so that one of us didn't call him out on it, she didn't do anything.

I wrote a note on the board about re-racking weights. She erased it. The last time I actually saw it happen, I was already in a bad mood. I watched them take the curl bar to the back room, watched them come out without it. Waited a few minutes figuring they would go back. They didn't. Asked if they were done with it and they said yes. So I had to go back and get it to use it. Then they got 4 sets of Dumbbells down and used them and left 3 laying on a bench and the other 5 in the floor beside the bench. I just happened to need to use that bench next. Being in a bad mood already, I decided to make a scene and a bunch of noise to let them know how damn annoying it was that I had to clean up their shit

I can do 25 for 3 Sets of 10. Most I've done with a 45 is a couple sets of 6. Second set of 6 was probably more like 4 and two halves. Lol.

Great work man. Are you gonna keep going? Notice any strength losses?

    That's awesome man. I haven't seen 150 on a scale in 15+ years...How tall are you?

I haven't really tried to max since I've started it. Deadlifts at 385 are a lot harder. I failed at 405 last time I tried it. Haven't benched on barbell in weeks, but I'm doing the 110 DBs for 6-8. But, yes I'm losing strength. I've got this week and next on this program then it's back to 4x4. I'll see where I'm at then.

    5'8

I know the BF% on those scales are super accurate. But, as Long as I'm using the same scale around the same time, and the number is going down, it's progress. Works for me.

Just to be sure, the pull-ups we're talking about are wide-grip and strict, right? No body flailing, no half-repping, no narrow grip/chin-up grip bullshit. This is a pull-up:

I usually don't do them weighted, but I'm guessing I could crank out maybe 6-8 with a 45

Backnbis for me today, too. Gonna try it, too.

You only weigh 185?! I was expecting you to be like 250+

Fuck, that's a lot of pull-ups. I usually begin back day with 4 sets of 12 and am about to die.

Oh, and yea, I'm gonna keep going. Working on that 9-10% BF number for summer. Lol

I've never used straps on pull ups. Might help me scrape out one or two more if i did.

Weighed in this morning at 202.5...down from 209. Pants fit better and starting to see some veins under the skin in my shoulders and biceps. Haven't noticed any strength loss, but I'm also cutting at like a 400-450 calorie deficit to try to keep as much muscle as possible. Goal is to not cheat at all this weekend since I haven't gone one weekend without cheating. Also, finals are the next 2 weeks, so that should keep me pretty strict on the weekends, too. Last final is on Cinco de Mayo, so I'll probably be getting wasted that night lol

    Ah, I'm an idiot

    Straps are for pussies

When I weighed 160 I was working out with a guy who was 205. He could only do 1-2 pull ups before he fell off and he would always tell me it was because he weighed more than me and that's why I could easily do 12-15 pull ups per set. I got tired of his excuses so I grabbed a 45# plate and strapped that bad boy on and repped out 12 just to shut him up. I don't regularly do weighted pull ups though...

Nah, this is just like last year. I dropped 18 lbs in 2 months and then maintained while still dropping a little BF. I'm gonna try to not hit below 150 (I was at 144 last summer). The weight loss has slowed down. Last month it fell off quick. I fucked up a little last month, though. Wasn't hitting my goal calories. I was under almost every day. Right now I'm around 22-2500 cals a day and is kind of leveled off.
