    looks like this new superduty is quite a beast. Personally, I cant stand the styling on the front of this truck- UUUUUGLY! Hopefully this new diesel lives up to the hype and isnt a pile of crap like the 6.4 was. :cool:

    I don't care what kind of super truck Ford puts out, their service is awful, they don't back their work, trucks depreciate faster than a meteorite. I had one ford ranger a long time ago and it will be my last. If I am ever in a position to buy a fleet of vehicles it will never be a ford.

    They are doing away with 5.4 triton and replacing it with a 400 horsepower 6.2 2 valve motor.

    Nice truck but I will never buy a Ford product again. Our 2001 Taurus Wagon (our third) had pulsating front brakes from day one. The dealer told me he would turn the rotors and that would take care of the problem. I told him no way this is a brand new car so I want new rotors installed. They refused and I called Ford's customer service to see if the would ask the dealer to replace with new parts and they would not. I asked the person on the other end of the phone is Ford going to risk losing a long-time customer for a part that cost them maybe $50? He responded that he was sorry I felt that way but he had to go by the dealers recommendation. I said OK you have lost a customer for life and hung up. We still have that car as our beater and at one point I did replace the rotors on my own. In the years since then I have bought a 2004 Tacoma, 2007 Sonata (fantastic car) and my 2009 Tacoma.

    So Ford will never get a other dollar from this guy because of there customer service. But I do respect the fact that they did not take government money like the other big two.

    I bet the 2001 Taurus Wagon is a lot like the 2010 SD.

    I'm glad they ditch Navistar. Their last good motor was the 7.3. Everything else was junk.

    The 7.3 was also a Navitar/International motor. The new 6.7 is the first V-8 diesel built by ford.
