    Bad example I used. I just meant in general it seems these guys purposely use the wrong tool to do the job.

    They were complaining about our Milwaukee bandsaws losing the blade when they were cutting. We got them serviced and Milwaukee saw no issues. Sent them back out in the field and they complained about the same thing. I showed up on a jobsite and saw the guys forcing the bandsaw and not let the blade do the work for them. :facepalm:

    Hilti is trying to sell me on a $350 specialty blade. That's as MSRP though,

    Most of our larger jobs are quoted so they are tacked on in the quote process. I'm sure we make some/lose some but there's always room for improvement across the board.

    EDIT: The thing that kills us is we normally have a ton of surface cuts on workstations. Meaning we are going through a type of MDF/wood bottom, glue, then the laminate finish.
