You're gonna be that guy in the gym lol. Put a towel on each equipment to mark your territory.

I lifted a lot in high school and college, then fell off the wagon for 5 years, and have gotten back into it in the last 2, so 18-22, started back up at 27.

The funny thing is, you'd be done with all 3 pieces of equipment faster than most of the idiots in the gym using 1.
ITs much easier if you have 2-3 people in the rotation but to convince people of this work out is hard. They love the idea till they have to do it and realize how hard it is.

If you do the math, 10 reps on each piece of equipment should take you and minor setup change is about 1.5 min MAX . Then 1 min break between first 5 sets. You should be done that in 13min or so. The next 5 will take about 26-30min so out of there in 45 min.

True. More people would look better than one. I can already see somebody stealing the bench while he's off doing the other lifts haha.

You can use the squat rack to do all of it and believe me, i find even in the PEAK hours at a commercial gym when people see you busting your ass and going crazy they don't bug you at all. Use 2 bars, 1 set of dumbells and go to town.

Also make sure your not to lean on the food. You will DIE

Actually that makes sense. I didn't think of it because all we have in my gym are half racks. Just take a bench with you to the full rack and that's all you need.

But you're asking Zach to take 1 minute breaks between sets. This means no chit chatting with his fuck boys in the gym. Can he do it? I have faith.

So most notably : You will/ should only loose a few # of body weight. The biggest change you SHOULD SEEE is reduction in fat. So your waist measurement should go down 100% and your muscle size should grow. IF you try go to lean on the carbs I'm not sure you will make it. Find what works for you, thats all i can say

I don't know if I need to lose much off my waist, I've already dropped from like a 34 to ~ a 31-32, I just want to build size. Lol. And I'm doing back today, so I'll get my 7rm on any of that. Amd I stay stacked on carbs, every meal I eat is a shit ton of carbs.

was just an example. For this work out then, get the carb and protein a little higher ( 15% or so ) and focus on the muscle conditioning and hypertrophy. Once your done with the 10 x 10s, Retest, look at your rep, muscle volume and density increase, Test your 3rm( id recommend you test a 3rm right after you find your 7rm for the baseline at the start of the program ) and look at your % increase in both. Then i can try guide you into which phase to go into next. IT can be a 120% of the new 7rm number for lower reps etc

At around 20-21. I've been going 4 days a week since then (I'm 27 now). They only breaks I've taken are for yearly vacations (although I still go workout my arms and chest before hitting the beach, naturally) and when I got salmonella last year. It took me a few years to figure out the whole macros/dieting thing, too.

    Newp

My waist is a 34" right now. If I lose 100% of that, my waist will be a 0"...no thanks

jk. I'll start this hell after finals
