Received mine today. What are you guys doing about the change catch on the back of the seats? Just finished my passenger side and the only way to get it to work was to flip it up and slide the cover over it.

Just doesn't seem like it's right.

Which options did you choose? Want to make it easy for me when next GB comes around?

Yep, that's what I did. Puckers the back of the seat a bit but it becomes less noticeable over time.

So I got mine over a week ago.... Issues I have. They got here smelling absolutely horrible. I'm curious I saw people installed theirs the day of, I aired min out a week and my house smelled like a chemical factory ! I have only put one cover in so far so I don't pass out from the fumes/smell . The other thing I wonder.... Not actually an issue at all. Has anyone tried to wire the seat heaters to a more OEM type switch ? Not really digging the clunky switch that just hangs out wherever it lands.

Can't answer the switch question, but as far as the smell I've had two sets. The first was like yours and two months later I could still smell them. This set, while still a little noticeable, isn't as strong. Not sure if it has to do with the age of the neoprene or what, but eventually it calms down.

I'm so bummed I missed this! My 4Runner is coming in Tuesday. Is there a list we can join to be contacted when the next group buy is? If so, sign me up! Surf-proof seat covers, yes please!

Mine had a pretty strong smell for a week or two. I just aired it out regularly and it's fine. Now it just kinda has a new car smell, which is nice.

Thanks guys......I still haven't installed all my covers, I'm happy how these look but holy wow I swear I got lightheaded with just 1 installed. The smell seems to be dissipating! As weird as it may sound I swear I feel a noticeable height difference in the seat. I wear hats a lot and now it touches the roof ! May need to get that rear view mirror lift

I have covers from an 06 VW GTI in my 16. I'd bet your old covers would fit fine.1f2e7b6ab725b217aef861f554712025_394742dfaa3b136b1f162abc0e43c2546e288fc2.jpg

There typically seem to be 2 of these per year ... one in the spring and one in the fall.
