    Got mine last month dual meaning. Any Pinoys get it?

    Looks blue and yellow when taking flash pictures. Got mine in Jan had to renew in Feb, they wanted to add another $40 to my $415 renewal for the year! Contested it and they took fee off this time.

    I just got back from the CA DMV.......... They do not issue non-commercial plates to trucks with camper shells period. You must have a full, bed off, installed camper with kitchen, bed, toilet, etc to get them to look at it. (even then I am not sure) The guy who looked at my truck said it was a revenue thing. If it is possible to use as a commercial vehicle (their definition) then you pay for a commercial plate weather you are going to use it for commercial purposes or not. I showed them the DMV section which has the camper shell exception for camping purposes, but they didn't care. Truck = commercial plate. You would think they would just state that trucks get a commercial license. (and they wonder why no one trusts government any longer)

    Didn't want to start a new thread,
    hoping to get a couple responses.. Anyways, I'm wondering if anyone has ordered a sequential (not personalized) legacy plate around jan/feb of this year and has recieved it?
    Ordered mine late january and have yet to recieve it, got a updated registration paper from DMV with the new plate but have not got a physical plate. Been running around on temp tags and they will be expiring in a couple weeks
