But suprisingly the 2016 Tacoma is tough as nails. Can't say the same for the 24yr old blonde girl's little Toyota Prius... Crunch!!!

Minimal damage to the Tacoma but her insurance will be fully restoring my left side of my bumper

With as hard as she nailed me I'm surprised the damage wasn't worse... I'll be honest I was pleasantly surprised... I'm just bummed that she's suffered her first accident already. Have only had it 4weeks

Sorry for that man, if it's any consolation, the day I bought my truck I got backed into in a parking lot. :annoyed:

yeah it was surely frustrating. I thankfully caught her pulling away as I was walking back to the pickup, got her insurance info, all ended well. If you dont care about a little aesthetic flaw, you can do what I did and just bash out the damage w a mallet and reinvest the insurance money into mods!

Hmmm... That's an idea. I'm sure changing out plastic bumper parts is pretty simple and I'd like to get some bigger tires

LoL... The damage is so minimal and I've had accidents much worse. Yet I'm whining over a few scuff marks on my bumper lol

I got $800 for a dent that I tapped out with 2 or 3 mallet taps. Insurance paid for "a whole new bedside panel and labor". More like some offroad lighting and a CB.

    Sorry for your loss....

Same thing happened to me a few scratches is all and just the clear coat, I was tempted to get a steel rear bumper for the next a-hole that does it.

The other day I was pumping gas and an old lady in a wide open parking lot backs waaaaay back ... I'm standing there by the pump and saying to myself she's got a shit ton of space then BAM my whole truck moves back and forth thought the gas pump handle was going to fall out and start me on fire.... I didn't even get a scratch on my front bumper.. "Lady WTF??" Truck is pretty hard to miss but really?
