And maybe I missed it but the transmission crossmember will have to be modified.

Also the rear driveshaft carrier bearing crossmembers are in different locations and the driveshaft needs a slip joint.

right now it has the 4" maxtracs with billy5100 set at 2.75 on the front rear is 4" blocks with a 2" aal

 

The spindles will have to go since yours are lift spindles.

 

the cross member may not need to be modded it depends mine wont need to be it macthes the 4wd ones

How is that? You already cut the frame mounts off, moved them, and mounted a 4x4 crossmember? Everyone else with a prerunner will have to do something about the crossmember if they want 4wd, not sure how yours is different.

 

Wiring this up yourself is really easy. If you're doing the swap yourself, then you're definitely mechanically inclined enough to do this. I have the wiring scheme for if you need it. It's just one switch wired to the plug.

 

i dont know but i matched it to 4wds and measured it several time to be sure

 

The cross members are the same, but the mounts on the frame are not. The 4wd frame has the cross member mounts about 1-9/16" lower. If you don't mod the cross member You won't be able to get it back on. I thought the same thing at first, then got confused as to why I couldn't get the crossmember back on with the transfer case installed.
