Under 15 is the game changer for the class 2. He can still be charged at 17. it would be up to the prosecutor but most I deal with would wait until he's 18 and charge him as an adult. I don't play around with child sex crimes. I'm working a case right now that will put a now 19 year old away for a very long time. His "girlfriends" kept getting younger an younger.

I just had the sheriff In my store looking for video footage of a 23 year old female teachers aid with a 13 year old boy. Apparently they were dating. How do people get off on this or think its ok!?
