    Your body is probably begging for carbs lol. Drink lots of water and wait it out until your body adapts to your new diet and you enter ketosis mode.

    I've taken two round spoon fulls so far. One with my post work out protein shake and one with another protein shake after breakfast. I went with ON like you recommend. Bottle says to take a scoop with each meal or post work out.

    I don't notice any strength gains from using creatine. I am currently on it, have been for 2ish months. Once I finish this tub I will cycle back off. It helps me put on weight. I am usually ~10lbs heavier when I am on it. I've always thought it helps deliver water to your muscles which in turn adds size/(water)weight.

    Should be - and the load phase is optional. I've seen some post in here where studies show that after 8/10weeks or so the results are the same for those that loaded and those that just started 1 scoop a day. 5g a day is all you need. Just toss it in with your pre workout or your protein every day
