Nice! But I don't understand what being lefty has to do with it. Anyone with any little bit skill should be shooting just as well with their non dominant hand.

And a righty has the advantage of getting it out the window on target faster

I love the various gun mounts on these trucks but having it on the left where it can be seen when you get in/out of your truck might make you either a target for thieves or give some anti-gun psycho a reason to call the police because THEY SAW YOUR GUN!

I agree but also think If you leave your gun in the truck when you're not in it your doing it wrong. Just my opinion.


My favorite... Meeting up with someone from the internet to sell/buy/trade something and they intentionally make sure their pistol is visible... One time, someone left it sitting on the side of their vehicle... Like a threat or something. If i was the "wrong" type of person i would of had time to take their gun and use it on them.

Keeping a handgun on you for protection is just smart. Showing it off... Dumb.

That looks like a defect in the ABS possibly from a thin area, it should be covered under warranty.

If it's not within arms reach and loaded, it's useless anyway.

 

If some one hit it, it wouldn't warp, it's plastic it would like crack!

On a lighter side, it could be global waring or VP Gore farted on it!

Nice! Exactly what I did, but I used vinyl to see if I liked the result. Will probably paint for a permanent solution once I find some time, which could be never - bloody kids and their sports.

 

Looks great... I would consider painting the fog light surround and the black inset between the bumper and the grill also... There is another 16 Tacoma here on TW's White Tacoma thread with the area painted and it looks absolutely beautiful... I don't have the white, but that's what I would seriously consider doing.
