Well after 4 different pics, here is a bicep shot. Took one right after 2 sets of weighted pull ups (I did 12 and then 8.5 with a 45# strapped on. My grip gave both times, if I had straps I could've gone ALL DUAY) but the lighting sucked. Took another after some hammer curls. Lighting still sucked. Took some more when I got home, pump had gone down a little but the lighting was much better...

if anyone's wondering, slamming 2xx pounds on your nose mid-jerk is in fact painful as fuck

and spending like 5 minutes crying because of the reflex is also painful for the soul

These are the reasons I'm going to go deadlift at planet fitness.

In a cut off. Because fuck that "no gymtimidation" bullshit.

Really just because no one is intimidated by me when I wear a cutoff.

this. Anything over 5g is a waste. I do load, however. No real benefits except faster results. You waste more creatine that way, but I'm impatient as fuq.

Dude, me too. That's why I stick to whiskey. Every beer I drink, I pee maybe twice. I get so dehydrated and feel like shit the next day. I tried drinking more water between beers, but then I was seriously pissing every 2-3 mins.

We're going to Mexican tonight. The one by our house has a lot of healthy options and since I'm cutting, I'm bypassing the margarita and just gonna take 1-2 (5-6) tequila shots.

Fuuuuuuuuuck. I broke my nose a few years back. Worst pain ever. Nose injuries are the worst.

Work out log so far :
    Front squat
    185x10x 2
    225x10
    245 x8
45 pound pull ups 8 rep x 4 sets: getting hard to reach 8. I'm still pretty heavy so the 45 pound is like adding a 60-70# for me

Now gonna try 265x6 on fronts with failure on 45 pull ups. Reserved shoulders for last

Failure on that: it's 275 and only got 5

Finally getting to the point where my arms aren't limiting core exercises. It used to be that my tiny ass arms would give out before my chest or shoulders did.

Negative. I am broke like everyone else living in Hawaii. I usually fish from a kayak.

My brother was a manager at a planet fitness and I went up there one day in a cut off shirt I used to wear for basketball and everyone was looking at me like I was fuckin crazy. I got on a cable machine and was doing chest fly crossovers and on my last set I let the cables down a lil too fast, like just enough to make the clank sound of the plates and that damn horn went off. So I already felt like "that guy" from the looks I got for the cut off shirt then I was "that guy" for setting off the alarm. Thank god I'm not a big ass dude. Haha I was kinda mad bothered by it cause I'm not "that guy" but apparently I fit the description of who they try and keep out.

Haha yeah it's real. It was a horn like an old school fire station whinedup horn. Really strange and makes you feel awkward as fuck.
