I have a tiny bit of landscape. I would love to get rid of the grass and do most of it in pavers. Ill leave the sides of the house rock though. Fake grass also sounded good for the dogs.

I need about 10-15k to do all of what i want. If i land this new position and make about 4k more a year it will get me closer to the goal. Pay off some bills faster.

I can also use a refi to a standard loan and pull some cash out as well.

This is not my forever home. Im not even sure im staying in AZ anymore.

I painted the whole inside of our house in the first week or two before we moved in, except these two giant ass walls as I didn't want to climb a ladder 30ft up to paint. Now here we are 2 years later with these walls being a light beige and the rest of the house being a light grey. Also every time I tell myself I'll just pay someone, I say f that it's an hour or two of work, that will cost me $500, then get myself wanting to do it and then don't. At least now I have the excuse that we shouldn't have paint fumes in the house while he baby is so young.

It's a little pricey.. but year round green grass with no upkeep and no water usage (especially here in the Valley) is worth it to us.

Yah I want to repaint the outside in the next few years it's not bad still fairly new but could use enough touch ups to warrant me switching up some colors and redoing it.

We did a section of artificial grass at our house. After having real grass back home I thought I'd hate it, but it's actually pretty nice. It gets hot as fuck though.

I don't even want to think about what my landscaping going to cost. Currently running about 50k for what I'm doing now and it'll probably be another 15 for the landscaping I want. Sometimes Adulting sucks
