Here's where he majority of my money has been going, paid for an old slab of concrete to be demo'd, new concrete poured 10x40, patio built with can lights and fans, then 13 tons of rock, also cut down 4 giant fern trees about 10-12 ft each:
    From this:

Most the money spent on this:

TV will be replaced with a flat screen. same mount tho. will run an HDMI from a splitter inside to the tv. speakers are already hooked up and work. misters are already installed. need to replace the ceiling fan. make a bar for under the window. add patio furniture on the deck and a fire pit.

Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.
    Looks great.

Question for you, I want to have a patio built in my backyard similar to what you have done. Do you mind if I ask how much it cost to have the patio (overhang) installed? Not the concrete, but the patio structure.

My quote is skewed as my neighbor Owns a contracting company that does large projects like apartments and stuff, so he personally did it as he doesn't actually work and just is home most the time unless he has meetings, still cost me $4100 though, but that's all in for paint, patio, fans, lights, roof and so on, I'd say for how tall and long it is, would of been around 6-8k from researching online. It also has an enclosed roof with drywall and stucco and all that if it was exposed beams and just painted probably could of saved a grand.

Agreed also have to look at it as a patch the threads may become mush that close together with a lot of colors overlapping.

I also still have the pool area, and the left side of my house to figure out what I'm going to do to it, I do know I need a bbq island that's for sure and will be in the works, the right side of the house is just rock, as eventually it'll be an even gate area and can pull a vehicle in if wanted:

We want this dirt path to be some sort of sidewalk and maybe flag stone to match other area's of the upper patio.

Then one of these bridges from Costco from the walk way to the pool deck area.

I've been looking at Daily's and thought a Tundra would be a good idea, but I don't want to drive a full size everyday. So now I'm looking at 4th Gen 4Runners hahaha

It's still around. My Dad is daily driving the Porsche, but it's getting more and more unreliable naturally, so he's been daily driving the Fiesta lately. The Fiesta is too small for a daily too, it was hard to put my road bike in it let alone my mountain bike.

I was also looking at Regular Cab 2nd gens in 4WD. I would love to 3-link one front and rear and use that to expo, similar to All-Pro's build. But they're expensive for what they are.
