    Hey any of you guys with yaks. I was wondering I plan on hitting the local rivers and some state parks and dcnr lakes. Since its unpowered I can either register it or get a launch permit but don't need both. Sooo I can just get a launch permit? What is this use permit thing for?

    yeah my boat is registered and has a launch permit. But I've never heard of the use permit till now. I think I'll just go with the launch permit.
