Getting ready to wax my truck. What are you guy's opinion on the best wax for Black 16's?

I like the Turtle Wax Ice car wash soap also. Water just runs off the paint.

 

I used the old fashioned Meguiars carnauba wax in the tin and hand applied it. Was very entertaining but time consuming

 

I used this wax back 35 years ago on my uncles 68 Camaro.

+1 for good quality brazilian carnauba wax paste on black paint. Apply it in the shade after the truck completely cools though.

 

Ceramic Pro- 9H, once applied never needs to be waxed again. Nothing will ever stick to the vehicle.

It's just a 3" spacer/block lift but EXACTLY the look I wanted since I wont take it off road a lot, once it becomes my sons we will raise it right !!!



Put new shoes on today, 265 75R16 Cooper Discoverer RTX

 

Yeah, it's tight sleeping in the back with the 5' bed, but not bad with the tailgate down. I went with the removable/slide front window, Thule crossbars, and carpeted interior. It ran me about $2200. Really wish that I would have went with at least one windoor. It gets annoying crawling in and out.

 

I've had my Tacoma a couple months now , still stock for now. Like to order a custom grill, start my new mod's slowly.

 

While backing up noticed in my backup cam one if the license plate lights were out. Checked and it looks like water got in there? Dirty water? Worth having dealer fix it under warranty or do it myself?

 

Did you change out your stock bulbs?
Perhaps not a tight seal on the bulb?

 

I never touched the bulbs, which is why I find this so weird.

No deep river/water crossings!? lol
Ive changed out my bulbs and no leaks, also deep water with no issues.
Silly little problems piss me off.

No matter the size of the issue i'd be complaining..
