What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

That's a big price point considering you can get Hella extreme yellows for under $40.

 

Big difference in quality and light output also between these LED and the Hella bulbs

But in the end its only $300 so no big deal

 

How did you mount yours - are they the flush kits .... how did they mount??

I've replaced my originals with LED and it was a direct replacement part exact same as OEM but with LEDs in the housing - they are not that bright but are same color as the other LEDs around the head lights.

 

Dip the grill and put the trd emblem on. Much better. Toyota should have made ALL the grills black like the SR models. Dip is textured though, not much I can do about that but I dig it.

 

My dad finally saw my new truck today, he insisted on detailing it, and all it cost me was a six pack.

I searched looking for "2016 Tacoma Grill" and came up with options, but none that were from Rad Industries. How did you find/search for them.

You can get rid of the textured look by warning the can of plastidip by placing in buckets of hot water and shaking well.

 

They have a plug and play mounting kit. Not 100% "flush" due to the contour of the bumper but I think they look great. If you were to mount the lights flush the beams would be angled out to the sides. I'll try and get better pics later and send them to you

Derped the front grill today, used the rustoleum flexidip. Probably 8-10 coats of black with 4 of the clear gloss top finish.

 

Looks sweet! Where'd you get those from?

 

RCI skids installed.

 

Shell went on today. ARE cx series with sliders, pet screens, folding and sliding front window.



I then got home and realized just how much extra length I now have to park compared to my Element. At least it will be slightly easier now than I can try to sell the Element.



I also installed my matching cult affiliations and liberal propaganda.
